The latest chart we'll look at here shows the Gold Price Clues to what I believe the "real" trend to be (regardless of the latest media hype or position):

1/28/09 

I believe that the short-term True Price Trend for GOLD will stay UPWARDS until prices drop below the Golden Line illustrated. This is a short-term trend ONLY.

The true longer-term trend for GOLD is included here to give you some perspective of the Big Picture . The trend is actually DOWN still over the last year, despite all the hype about GOLD.

It may be scarce, but, that hasn't allowed prices to rise above the Golden Line shown in the chart yet. But . . .

We're getting close to the Golden Line again, so, watch closely to see if this will be the time for the MAJOR TREND to turn up or not. If prices rise above the line, then, a major trend will begin that will likely last many months- George
