One of the foundations of an independent lifestype is taking some responsibility to keep ourselves in excellent health.

When it hits the fan, most won't be able to run to their local doctor for every ache and pain or be able to buy pills and capsules for them.

That plus the ever decreasing quality of food that the corporate world is supplying everyone these days should be enough, at some point, to make us say: "STOP!!"

There's plenty of writing about survival tools and training, guns, ammo, buildings, etc..

There's not as much written about taking the steps needed to maintain good health under the worst of conditions and that's what this Health Independence section of the website will be dedicated to.

Whether discussing Colloidial Silver, highly nutritional foods you can grow yourself easily or any of the other subjects, you can be sure that I'll pass along the latest Truth in this area as well.

The "medical establishment" is just another "wing" of the control system which sustains itself on the sickness of the general population.

The corporate "food establishment", is just another wing of the "system" that helps to provide the sick population  to the medical wing of the establishment by taking as much critical nutritional value out of our food supply as possible and while charging us more $$ to do it!

It's easy to break these chains they're slipped around the average consumer and how to break those chains is what we'll explore in upcoming articles.

We'll do it one-step-at-a-time. Easy.

It all starts with Knowledge!
