In studies recently done at the Sully Oak Hospital in Birmingham, England, copper door handles were able to kill 95% of all super-bug germs!

The same results were found on push plates on doors, faucets (taps), light switch plates and toilet seats.

Just by installing these items, common and super bugs were all but eliminated!

Even the H5N1 Bird Flu virus could be vulnerable to the effects of copper.

Even tiny pieces of copper have the ability to kill a vast amount of bugs.

A single piece just about 1/2 inch square wiped out 10 million MRSA bacteria in just 90 minutes.

With concentrations of germs on household door handles and other surfaces much lower than these numbers, its expected that it'll take less than 30 minutes to kill the bugs even on hospital surfaces and of course less time on home surfaces.

By contrast, bacteria can survive for days on stainless steel surfaces.

Hospitals are very difficult to control environments and are always having to take extraordinary steps to prevent infections from taking place and spreading rapidly throughout the facilities.

The study seems to indicate that copper prevents germs from breathing, feeding and destroys their DNA.
